Fitness Instructors

Brett Hutchinson, DPT, CSCS, CPT

Brett Hutchinson is a physical therapist, strength and conditioning specialist, and certified personal trainer who first discovered health and wellness when he began the journey to lose weight as a 260lb 16 year-old boy.  He found fitness to be an enjoyable avenue to promote personal health and improve his overall well-being while physically and mentally challenging himself.  Later he was able to share this knowledge and motivation with others as a fitness and health professional.

Brett hopes to have you join his high intensity circuit training Boot Camp class to challenge yourself. You'll leave the classes feeling fatigued but surprisingly refreshed, having acheived a challenging workout.

Cilla is a Stott trained instructor, with four years of experience teaching both on mat and reformer. She has an eye for detail and makes the simplest exercise challenging. Cilla found Pilates through a friend and was quickly hooked as a result of the benefits she received. Her posture was noticeably better, she was gaining strength and she felt challenged. She realized that she wanted to share this with others, so that they could have the opportunity to experience the same results.

 Cilla Greenman, Pilates Instructor

Isaac Soares is a personal trainer and strength coach from Somerset, MA.  He recently graduated from Lasell College with a degree in Exercise Science and minor in Business.  An avid athlete from a young age, his soccer and track/cross country endeavors through high school inspired him to learn more about how the body works and how to maximize its potential.

Isaac’s classes are not only aimed at taking people through fun and challenging workouts, but teaching them what they are doing and why, so that they can leave with the tools they need to continue to improve.  The main goal of his sessions is to progress up to and through different difficult exercises, so that athletes can look back and clearly see how they have improved over time.

If you are interested in private personal training with Isaac, please email him at: Isoares@marathonphysicaltherapy.com
